A ballot of known candidates will be provided. Nominations may be made from the floor, and will be considered if the nominee is present and accepts the nomination.
To be eligible to vote, a hound:
* Must be present
* Have run at least one trail with AH3 in junta year 2021
* Have no outstanding balance due to Hash Cash
